Welcome to LiveHive Tech FZ-LLC ("LiveHive", "we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and/or when our technology is embedded into other apps ("SDK").

LiveHive is a company that collects and analyzes real-time, passively gathered data to help businesses understand how people interact with apps, websites, and offline environments. Our services are used for research, analytics, and audience insights. We do not identify individual users. Instead, we surface patterns and trends that inform smarter decisions across industries.
LiveHive complies with platform policies regarding the use of Accessibility Services and does not use them for remote control or automation.
The Personal Data We collect depends on whether the individual is:
- A user (the "User") of the LiveHive Platform who grant us permission to collect behavioral data passively.
- A Customer (the "Customer") who signed up on the LiveHive Platform to view insights.
Information We Collect
Personal Data collected from Customers
(This section applies only to the registered Customers of our platform)
The data categories we will ask Customers to provide in order to build the customer profile may include Full Name, Email Address, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Average Household Income and other registration information. If a Customer deletes their account, their profile data will be removed too. Depending on the context, the legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We will also collect information that relates to how Customers use Our Platform. The categories of Personal Data relating to this include but are not limited to timezone, broad location (town or district), web browser, operating system and the device used, referral sources, email engagement data, data on how you use our platform (including last login date and frequency) and account signup date. This information allows Us to improve Our Platform.
Data collected from Users

We collect your data, which is used for research, analytics, and audience insights and to improve app usability. We collect the following categories of information:
- App Usage Data: Apps used, duration, and time of use.
- Web Traffic Data: URLs visited and content consumed.
- Location Data: GPS-based location data. (subject to user permission)
- Device Information: Model, operating system, and network details.
- Advertising Interactions: Ads viewed and clicked.
- Device Identifiers: IDFA/GAID and other device-level IDs.
- In-App Behavioral Data: Activities inside apps (content seen, searches made, actions taken).
- Demographic Information: Basic demographic details if provided voluntarily.
How We Collect Data

- Information collected automatically – we may collect information automatically when you use our Services
Data collection via accessibility services is never activated without explicit consent and is used for research, analytics, and audience insights (data collected from users) and to improve app usability. You can withdraw this permission at any time. We may request access to the Accessibility Services to collect certain in-app behavioral data, such as user interface interaction patterns, app content visibility, and screen transitions, for the purposes described herein.
Data collection via accessibility can include sensitive elements like screen content, and LiveHive minimizes data collection to the least amount required.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Generate anonymized consumer insights for marketers, researchers, and app developers. (Data collected only from users)
- Improve and optimize our Platform and SDK functionality.
- Conduct internal analysis and build statistical models.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and improvement of our technology.
- Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely for that purpose and are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell raw personal data. We do not conduct direct marketing based on your personal data.
If there are any material changes in the technology used to collect or process personal data, we will notify you before such changes are implemented.
Legal Basis for Processing
We collect and process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), obtained through SDK popups or App onboarding.
Age Limitation
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 16. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 16. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Data Sharing and Storage
We securely store and process your data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers.
We may work with third-party service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers) who may access anonymized and aggregated data strictly to perform services on our behalf. We use a select number of trusted external service providers. These Third Party service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and security standards. We only share data with them that is required for the services offered and We contractually bind them to keep any information We share with them as confidential and to process Personal Data only on Our instructions.
Other than the cases mentioned above, We will only transfer Personal Data to Third Parties without express consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or if We are obliged to do so by statutory law or by instruction from a public authority or court as outlined in Our Terms of Use.
Your Rights
You have the following rights under GDPR, UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, and other applicable laws:
- Right to Withdraw Consent at any time - You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data or limit our use thereof.
- Right to Deletion (by emailing privacy@livehive.io) - You can request erasure of your personal data, as permitted by law. When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. In some cases we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations.
- Right to Access and Correction - You have the right to review, edit or update the personal data that you had previously provided to us in the profile section of the App. If you would like to receive a copy of data we process, please send us a data access request.
We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Additional information for EEA-based users
If you are based in the EEA, you have the following rights in addition to the above:
- The right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority - You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State where you reside, work or where the alleged infringement has taken place.
- The right to data portability - If you wish to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format, you can do so by requesting a copy of your personal data as described above. The data will be made available to you in the .json file or other file format.

Retention of Data
Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or until you withdraw consent.
International Transfers
Appropriate safeguards are maintained for cross-border transfers of personal data.
Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational measures such as encryption, access control and secure storage to protect your data.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be communicated within the App or SDK. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Where applicable, we also comply with:
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL),
- KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL),
- Relevant US data protection laws,
- And other applicable laws.
If there is a conflict between UAE law and stricter data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), the stricter law shall prevail.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
